Completed for the week ending September 20, 2019:

• Roofing continued as weather permitted.
• Interior masonry walls continued
• Second floor plumbing and electrical rough-in work continued.
• Window frames begin to be set.

 

Planned for the week ending September 27, 2019:

• Roofing to be completed.
• Site concrete to be prepped and poured.
• Interior masonry walls to be completed.
• Second floor mechanical rough-in work to continue.
• Existing boiler room modifications to be completed.
• Window frames continue to be set.
• Second floor plumbing rough-ins to continue
• Additional site concrete to be poured, weather permitting
• Asphalt paving schedule being reviewed with the weather delays, currently planned for the week of 9-30.

Fitness Addition

Completed for the week ending September 20, 2019:

• Window frame install underway.
• Metal stud framing has begun.
• Roof drain piping installed.
• Hydronic piping rough-in underway.

 

Planned for the week ending September 27, 2019:

• Metal stud framing to be completed.
• Mechanical and electrical rough-in work to continue.
